The Tower of Europe

auf Deutsch

A dream come true this german banknote from 1948 which I call, "Eurus", was printed on canvas by "Infinitus", the largest Ink Jet Printer in the world in 2017 by the wonderful company BIG IMAGE & will be a part of my Exhibition, "The Weightlessness of Nothing".

Eurus will become, "The Tower of Europe", a revolving column 4 metres high with a circumference of 8 metres shedding light on a new era for art & nature & the birthright to live a creative life.

A creative team of carpenters & technicians are in the process of building this revolving tower of light which can be seen from April through to October 2024 in the Marxensölde Building in the Open-Air Museum in Massing, see the link for more Information.

If green be the colour of Money then here you are, possibly the biggest banknote ever, though as Tina by "Big Image" said, 4 x 8 metres is not big.

There will be a show of artworks & stories relating to the Banknote Eurus & "The Tower of Europe" in the Marxensölde Building.
